FATHER DAVID RELEASED FROM HOSPITAL
Fr. David was released from St. Vincent's Hospital, Jacksonville two days after brain surgery had removed an entirely self-contained tumour. The neurosurgeon believes that this was a primary tumour. Fr. David will undergo further radiation therapy in order to ensure the demise of any remaining cells. Fr. David has returned to his cell at Holyrood Hermitage.

This online newspaper is intended to bring news from the worldwide Orthodox Church which is of particular interest to those Orthodox Christian Believers who are blessed to use the Western Rite.

We hope to serve God and our readers in such a way as to encourage their faith, and help others who may find the Western Rite the only culturally possible way of accessing the Holy Orthodox Church.

We hope that all canonical Orthodox Western Rite people will support our effort with their prayers and contribution of articles and news items.

Let others know about the ways that are employed to form parishes, outreach to the surrounding population and share the faith that we have been blessed to have.
